"Waterway Guide" is an organization that publishes the well-known cruising guides for North America.  They also publish online news and articles on a wide variety of topics relevant to boat cruising.  Matt and Lucy Claiborne from BoatLifeAcademy.com just authored an interesting article on "Provisioning your boat pantry: What to buy so you can cook (nearly) anything (nearly) anywhere."  They are live-aboards and resourceful cooks, and have excellent, experience-based advice on how to provision your boat to eat well!
