Application
Application for SJRYC membership
St. Joseph River Yacht Club membership is presently filled for 2026.
However, if you seek membership in the Club, we invite and encourage you to fill out a
Membership Application to be added to the Wait List. Follow the Application Process, below.
Requirements
- You will need to name a sponsoring SJRYC Member and two references for your application. The sponsoring Member and Reference #1 must be current SJRYC members and cannot be the same person.
- Beginning in January 2026, there will be a $200 non-refundable application fee when applying for Club membership.
Levels
There are 5 levels of membership, each with different annual dues amounts:

| Single | Unmarried member, under age 65 | $1095 |
| Senior single | Unmarried member, age 65 and over on January 1st | $1030 |
| Senior family | Member and spouse or partner, age 65 and over on January 1st.; spouse or partner must live at the same address |

| Single parent family | Unmarried member and children under age 21, or under age 23 if full-time student | $1225 |
| Family | Member, spouse, children under age 21, or under age 23 if full-time student | $1405 |
| Initiation fee | Required one-time fee to be paid in full when invited to join | $2200 |
Annual dues and fees are subject to change for the following year.
Application process
- You: Enter your email address below, if a "I'm not a Robot" checkbox appears (and you are not a robot), check the checkbox, and click/touch Next. Pay the application fee.
- Membership Chair: The membership chair will determine your membership level based on your application.
- Board of Directors: The board will review your application. Be patient! This takes time and attention. Once your application is approved, your name will be added to the Wait List for membership in the order of approval.
