Congratulation's to our local fleet racers

Queen’s Cup, Offshore Race, 30 June 2023

Andy Grootendorst and the crew of Cynthia took second in their section, seven minutes behind the winner and about 40 minutes ahead of third place. They were also 3rd in the PHRF Fleet. Reinhold Groth and the crew of Elixir finished 3^rd in their section of 16 boats, with Dan Emery and crew of Fuzzy Logic 9^th in that same section. The J-111 No Quarter skippered by Colin Caliban, racing out of South Haven this season, was last in their section.

Solo Chicago Mac Race

Dirk Kruger onboard Sea Raider finished 6^th in his section. If you thought a regular Mac Race was hard, and it is, you should try sailing one of these all by yourself. In the J-105 section this year, only one of out five boats who started the race finished.
