* Race Requirements: 1) Be a SJRYC member; 2) Complete the RegattaNet
registration form, via the URL noted below, pay the $155 annual fee on
RegattaNet; 3) Upload a scan of your current PHRF Certificate with your
online registration or email a copy to the Fleet Captain; 4) Email the SJRYC
entry form to klemmra@gmail.com. Race with #2 or #4 completed above, with
two weeks to complete the requirements.
Note: You can race while on the SJRYC Wait List but in no case can you race
while on the Wait List for more than one season.

Handicaps: Each skipper is asked to obtain a current PHRF Certificate from
the MWPHRF Handicap office. However, if you do not have a current
certificate we will assign a Local Handicap with a 10% penalty above the
fastest rated sistership in the PHRF data base. Local Handicaps are final and
cannot be appealed. If you start with a Local Handicap and later get an official
PHRF Certificate, rating changes will not be retroactively applied.
