Bar and Galley
SJRYC Managers
Dan & Debbie Smith (the SJRYC Managers) are constantly working to improve your Bar & Galley experience. This season they have introduced several new methods of ensuring that all of our patrons, be they member or guest, thoroughly enjoy their experience. Several of these changes are listed below:

·New "Finer" Dining – In years past, Saturday night has been reserved for fine dining where an expanded menu was present and included several "fancier" options. This concept has been "Kicked up a Notch" as we have added Table Linens, Special Uniforms, an Expanded Menu with options ranging from stuffed Chilean Sea Bass to tender Filet Mignon, Featured Wines and more. If you haven't yet stopped by, it's well worth the trip...

·New Server Pagers – Server pagers were introduced to the Keeper’s Bar and allow the Galley to quickly inform each server that their guests’ food is prepared. This reduces the amount of time servers spend in the kitchen and maximizes their interaction with customers.

·Expanded/Revised Menus – The dining menu has been revised keeping your many favorites and adding many new & delectable options. Follow these links to view the new menus:

o Keeper’s Bar Menu
o Example Fine Dining Menu – Wed, Thur & Sat Nights
o Little Mate’s Menu
o Wine List
o Martinis
o Cocktails

·Specialty Theme Nights – On several occasions last year, Dan & Debbie have had fresh fish & Live Oysters flown in from all over the country including Seattle & Chesapeake Bay. The different fish have included Red Snapper, Chilean Sea Bass, Ahi Tuna Steaks, Swordfish, Golden Trout and more. These nights are coming back with many wonderful options in store! Keep an eye on your weekly emails for more of these events!

·Draft Beer @ the Rhumbline – A new cooler was recently installed at the Rhumbline Bar that allows us to serve draft beer...this has been remarkably popular. Come on down and enjoy and Oberon on the river.
